### Changed
- **CTAN Compliance**: Restructured package for CTAN submission
  - Reorganized into `tex/`, `source/`, `doc/`, `examples/` directories
  - Renamed example files: `main.tex` → `cqjtuthesis-bachelor.tex`, etc.
  - Changed `contents_graduate/` to `contents-graduate/` (hyphen instead of underscore)
  - Changed `ref/refs.bib` to `bibliography/cqjtuthesis-refs.bib`
- **Font Management**: Updated to use ctex cross-platform font commands (`\songti`, `\heiti`, etc.)
- **Single README**: Merged README and README.md into one file
