Functions derived from the upstream source:

  * _binary_uninterpolated_average_precision (renamed average_precision_score)

The file has been MODIFIED from the original. The numerical logic is
reproduced unchanged; the modifications remove scikit-learn infrastructure
that is unavailable outside the scikit-learn package (the array-API dispatch
layer, the scipy dependency, scikit-learn's internal validation helpers and
parameter-validation decorators) and drop multiclass and multilabel support.
A prc_curve entry point was added for prcbench. The file header lists the
modifications in detail.

The bundled file is a snapshot and does not track upstream changes. Refresh it
against the commit recorded above.
