Copyright and Derived Code Notices for glmbayes The original glmbayes package code, documentation, examples, and vignettes are copyright Kjell Nygren, except where otherwise noted below. R Mathlib and R Source Code --------------------------- The package includes local copies, adaptations, or translations of selected portions of R Mathlib and R source code in src/, src/nmath/, and inst/cl/. These files retain the original copyright and license notices where present. The OpenCL kernels in inst/cl/nmath/, inst/cl/dpq/, and inst/cl/rmath/ are ports or adaptations of relevant R Mathlib distribution routines, probability helper code, numerical support code, constants, and related headers. Relevant copyright holders and contributors include The R Core Team, The R Foundation, Ross Ihaka, Robert Gentleman, Morten Welinder, and Martin Maechler. The applicable licenses are GPL-2-or-later and/or LGPL-2.1-or-later as indicated in the individual source file headers. R stats Modeling Code and Methods --------------------------------- The functions glmb(), lmb(), and several associated methods use R's classical lm()/glm() formula interface, model-frame/model-matrix setup, fitted-object structure, and method conventions. Portions of the R-level implementation are adapted from or closely follow functions and methods in the stats package, including glm(), lm(), glm.fit()/lm.fit()-style setup, and related methods for prediction, residuals, summaries, influence diagnostics, dummy coefficients, log-likelihoods, variance-covariance extraction, confidence intervals, and analysis of deviance. Relevant contributors/copyright holders include The R Core Team, The R Foundation, Ross Ihaka, and Simon Davies. The R implementation of glm() was originally written by Simon Davies under Ross Ihaka and has since been extensively maintained by the R Core Team. Package Dependencies -------------------- The package links to or imports external R packages including Rcpp, RcppArmadillo, RcppParallel, MASS, coda, and Rdpack. These packages are not bundled in glmbayes; their authorship and copyright are governed by their own package metadata and licenses.
