1.0.2 (2026-03-23) Updated to allow regression against the current version
(2.5-2) of vote -- which had added a "weights" feature.  The regression is
still successful against vote 2.5-2, although its count of the Dublin West
ballots is so slow (approx 2 minutes on my laptop) that I have stored its
results so that all regression tests complete within 15 seconds.
